Once those 30 days are up, the action is irreversible, and your page cannot be recovered by you or Facebook support.
It takes 30 days from the day you initiate the process. During these 30 days, your page is effectively unpublished - no one can see it or find it. On the 31st day, it will be permanently removed from Facebook's servers.
