Yes, you can change your plan anytime. If you need to scale up as your team grows or scale down to the free plan during slower periods, just adjust your subscription from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately when upgrading, or at the start of your next billing cycle when downgrading.
Yes. We take security seriously and follow industry-standard practices to protect your data. Your social account credentials are encrypted, and we never store your passwords—authentication happens directly through each platform's official OAuth system. We also regularly audit our security practices.
If you downgrade to the free plan, any posts already scheduled will remain in the queue and publish as planned. Going forward, you'll be able to schedule up to 10 posts per month. Your connected accounts stay connected, and you won't lose any data.
