  • Under "Account Settings," tap on Accounts.
  • If you don’t see your Facebook profile and Page listed, tap Add accounts and follow the instructions to link your Facebook account.
  • Once your Facebook account is added, ensure your Instagram account and Facebook Page are connected to the same Account Center.

Method 2: From the Instagram App (For When You're On the Go)

This path can feel a bit hidden, as Instagram's app prioritizes its content creation features. There isn't a giant button that says "Go to Business Suite," but you can get there through the professional tools.

Step 1: On your Instagram profile, tap on the Professional dashboard link right under your bio.

Step 3: Options here can change, but you're typically looking for links like Ad Tools, Branded Content, or a prompt to Manage your shop. Tapping on one of these will often redirect you out of the app and into the mobile web version of Meta Business Suite to complete the action.
Step 4: Alternatively, from Settings and privacy, you can sometimes find an entry point under Business tools and controls. This area centralizes business settings and can also guide you toward the Business Suite for more complex tasks.

While this method is less direct, it’s useful if you’re already in the app and spot a notification or a setting you want to adjust.

Method 3: From Your Desktop Facebook Page (The Classic Route)

For years, this was the standard way to find Facebook’s business tools. If you spend more time on Facebook's desktop site, this will likely be your default method.

Step 1: Go to Facebook.com and log in.
Step 2: Switch to your Facebook Page profile (if you’re not there already).
Step 3: Look at the left-hand navigation menu on your Page. You should see an option labeled Meta Business Suite.

Problem: "I Got Sent to 'Creator Studio' Instead."

Meta has been in the process of phasing out the older Creator Studio and migrating all its functionality into Meta Business Suite. For the most part, all Creator Studio links should now redirect to Business Suite.

The Fix: If for some reason you land in the old Creator Studio interface, don't panic. The easiest fix is to simply ignore that flow and go directly to business.facebook.com. That will always take you to the current, correct platform.

Problem: "How Do I Manage Multiple Brands or Clients?"
